What if I already have a tenant?
Perfect. We take over the existing agreement, do a joint inspection, and start managing from the next rent cycle.
How quickly can you find a tenant?
For most well-priced properties in prime locations, we typically close a tenant within 2–4 weeks.
I'm an NRI. How do you keep me in the loop?
Monthly written reports, photos of inspections, and WhatsApp / video calls on request. You get one dedicated relationship manager who owns the account.
Is there a lock-in?
No. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We’d rather earn your business every month.
